How do I get my tickets?
Right after payment, by email. Open the “View my tickets” link: your QR codes are there, ready to show at the entrance.
I can’t find my tickets.
Look for the confirmation email, in your junk folder too. Otherwise, open the event page and choose “Find my tickets”: they are sent again to the address used to buy them.
Does my QR code work without internet?
Yes. Once your tickets page is open, the codes show even without a network, and the staff at the entrance check them offline too.
Can I change my date?
If the organizer offers it (open-date ticket or session change), the choice appears on your tickets page. Otherwise, write to the organizer.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds follow each organizer’s policy: write to them, their contact details are on the event page and in your email. A refund goes back to the card you used.
Is payment secure? Are there fees?
Payment goes through Stripe: ALKAO never sees or keeps your card number. ALKAO adds no fees: you pay the price shown, plus taxes.
Can I add the event to my calendar?
Yes, from your tickets page: “Add to my calendar”. A reminder can also be emailed to you the day before.
What do you do with my data?
Only what your tickets need. You can ask the organizer for a copy of your data or to erase it (Quebec’s Law 25).
How do I sell tickets with ALKAO?
Create your space with GROUPE TAKATAK, add your events, dates and prices, then connect Stripe. You sell online and at the door, and scan tickets at the entrance.
