ALKAO
Accessibility
ALKAO aims for level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) on the home, the ticket shop and your tickets page.
What we do
- Everything works with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus mark.
- Colour contrast is checked, in light and in dark mode.
- Every field has a label, every button a name, and decorative images are skipped by screen readers.
- If your device asks for less motion, the carousel stays paused and nothing moves.
- The home works without JavaScript: search, filters and frequently asked questions.
- Your tickets show even offline, with a QR code large enough to scan.
- An automatic check (axe) tests these pages on every code change.
Venue access and companions
Wheelchair access, companion seats and the Carte accompagnement loisir (CAL) depend on each organizer and each venue. Before you buy, write to the organizer: their email or phone, when they gave one, is shown in the shop and in your tickets email.
Something in the way?
A page blocks you? Tell us which one and what happens, on takatak.ca. We fix first whatever stops you from buying or getting in.
